  • Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. If you need to make changes to your plan, you can do this in your organization settings page or contact our support team.

  • Yes, if you are on the Teams Subscription. Any time you want to unsubscribe, you can cancel your subscription. Please contact our support team if you want to cancel your subscription.

  • No credit card needed! Trial your heart out for free. We want you to have a great, no pressure experience with our product.

  • Yes, on the Teams Subscription you pay for "seats". You can fill these paid seats with paid users. You are able to add unlimited client users for free (read-only users).

  • You will automatically be sent invoices when you make a payment. Please contact us if you would like us to send you a copy.

  • All plans include unlimited data room storage (excluding AI costs which are passed onto customers at cost).
